Data processing terms

Last updated 23 October 2026

These data processing terms apply when you (the controller) send personal data about your own users to Simple Numerology API, and Awesome Factory LLP, 7 Coronation Road, Dephna House, Launchese (the processor) processes it on your behalf. They form part of the terms of service and are intended to meet Article 28 GDPR and the UK GDPR.

Subject matter and duration

Computing numerology charts, cycles and compatibility from the names and dates of birth you send, for as long as you use the API.

Nature of the processing

Inputs are processed in memory only, for the duration of a single request, to compute the response. They are not stored, logged, used to train models, or shared. Categories of data: names and dates of birth. Categories of data subjects: your end users.

Our commitments

  • Process the data only on your documented instructions — which are the API requests you make.
  • Ensure everyone with access is bound by confidentiality.
  • Maintain appropriate security: TLS in transit, hashed credentials, least-privilege access, and no persistence of request bodies.
  • Use only the sub-processors listed below, and give notice in the changelog before adding one.
  • Assist you with data subject requests and with security and impact assessments, as far as the nature of the processing allows — since inputs are not retained, there is nothing to retrieve or erase.
  • Notify you without undue delay after becoming aware of a personal data breach affecting your data.
  • Make available the information needed to demonstrate compliance, on reasonable request.
