Terms of service
Last updated 23 October 2026
These terms govern your use of Simple Numerology API, provided by Awesome Factory LLP, 7 Coronation Road, Dephna House, Launchese (“we”). By creating an account or calling the API you agree to them.
What the service is — and is not
The API computes numerology charts by fixed, published rules. Numerology is a tradition, not a science. Charts, cycles and compatibility scores are provided for entertainment and reflection. They are not predictions and must not be presented to anyone as medical, psychological, financial, legal or relationship advice, or used to make decisions about people’s eligibility for employment, credit, insurance, housing or similar.
Your account and keys
You are responsible for keeping API keys secret and for all use of your keys. Keys are server credentials: do not embed them in browser or mobile code. Revoke a key immediately if you believe it has leaked.
Plans, quotas and billing
- Free: 100 requests a month
- Starter: 10,000 requests a month
- Pro: 100,000 requests a month
Paid plans are billed in advance, monthly or annually, through Stripe, and renew until cancelled. You can cancel any time from your account page; service continues until the end of the paid period. Upgrades are prorated and charged at once. Downgrades take effect at the end of the paid period, and nothing is refunded for it. If you enable overage, requests above your quota are billed in arrears at the published rate, up to your plan’s overage cap. If a payment fails, your plan stays active for 14 days while payment is retried, then falls back to the Free quota. Prices exclude taxes, which are added where required.
Acceptable use
Do not attempt to bypass quotas or rate limits, create multiple free accounts to extend the free tier, resell raw API access, probe the service for vulnerabilities outside a coordinated disclosure (see security.txt), or send data you have no right to process.
Your data and your users’ data
Inputs are processed to answer each request and are not stored. Where you send your users’ personal data, our data processing terms apply and form part of these terms. Our privacy policy describes the data we hold about you.
Changes to the API
Breaking changes ship as a new dated API version, chosen per request with the
Numerology-Version header; earlier versions keep their behaviour until they are retired.
Deprecated endpoints are announced in the changelog and carry
Deprecation and Sunset headers at least six months before removal.
Availability and liability
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is”, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months before it arose. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Termination
You may delete your account at any time. Deleting it removes the account and its keys at once; any subscription stops renewing and ends with the period already paid for, without a refund, and overage already served is invoiced at the end of that period. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms, with notice where practical.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
